COACHES QUESTIONAIRRE
1. How long have you been involved in volleyball?

I love how every athlete gets involved in every play. Beach volleyball encourages communication, problem-solving, and all-around skill development, while still being a fun way to spend the summer outdoors.
9. Favourite volleyball memory?
Seeing athletes I've coached over the years achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.
10. Favourite volleyball skill to teach?
Serve Receive. It's one of the most important skills in volleyball, and it's rewarding to watch athletes become more confident and consistent with it.
11. Favourite professional, Olympic, college, or volleyball team/player?
Melissa and Brandie!! GOOO CANADA!!
12. Favourite snack after a long day at the courts?
An iced coffee and just about anything salty.
13. What do you enjoy doing when you're not coaching volleyball?
Spending time with my family, travelling, reading, and relaxing at the cottage during the summer whenever I get the chance.
14. Tell us one fun fact about yourself.
I never planned on running a volleyball organization, it started as one program and has grown into a community that has introduced hundreds of athletes to the sport.
15. Why did you choose to coach with Beach Wave Volleyball?
I started Wave because I wanted to make volleyball more accessible and create a place where athletes could develop their skills while genuinely enjoying the game. My goal has always been to provide a positive experience where everyone feels welcome, whether they're picking up a volleyball for the first time or preparing for competitive play.
16. Is there anything else you'd like families and athletes to know about you?
I believe every athlete deserves to be challenged, encouraged, and supported. My goal is to create an environment where athletes work hard, have fun, build friendships, and leave every session a little better than when they arrived.
